A storm is comming
Hey it's the queen of the mountian
We all had to climb the hill, We did not stay up
there long do to aproaching lightning & thunder
Let it snow-Let it snow-Let it snow
And it came down pretty good for a few minutes
Al seemed to be in aw, I think he thought it was
                           a meteor shower
Hey here's a group of happy campers with that Teardropper spirit.
!You have got to love it!
Since there was no ranger to give us the tour we just had
to rely on Doug to tell us what ever he wanted.
Nevada Joe even showed up with his Teardrop Trailer, But he did not stay long.
There is a Teardrop Trailer hiding in them there trees
 Old church in Austin, Nevada
Now this looks more like the loneliest road. But believe it
or not it was smother then 99% of the roads in California.
Here is some of the natural hot springs

I will be putting more text with these
pictures over the next few days
A 100 yrs old or so & it's still standing. "Sorry Doug"
(Not Doug but the structure over the mine)
Overlooking the valley outside of Austin
Nevada
What a view.
Stokes Castle is perched on a hill above Austin Nevada (Built in 1896)
What beautiful snow covered mountains
Here is an old fixer upper, Warning it needs a lot of help.
This was our ground zero, Where you could always find a nice warm fire.
And a lot of good food & many tall tales we're told around the camp fire.
Steve was worn out after his only the facts
speech.
Here is a little concoction that I made up with some items I had left in my
cooler & cupboards,(My new Frito Burrito Pie) It was yummy.
If you would like the recipe E-mail me at

Teardrop Trailers in the morning snow
Let it snow - let it snow and boy did it come down for a little while.
It was pretty neat and it was not a wet snow and it did not even seem cold.
(maybe that was due to our nice fire)
Room for rent.
We all seemed to be preparing food, No One
starved at this Teardrop Trailer gathering.
